This model has a self-cleaning mode! I tried a couple of times for all the time, for this you just need to pour water into the bowl and press the corresponding button. What can I say: it neutralizes the odors from the cooked dish that's all: no one canceled the washing anyway!
The multicooker’s operating time in self-cleaning mode is 20 minutes.
What should I rinse after using the slow cooker? - A bowl, an inner lid (it is unscrewed) and a container for collecting condensate, which is located behind the multicooker.

No! This can, of course, be done, but difficult! Most of the modes operate under pressure and to open the cover, it is necessary to relieve this pressure (press the "Pressure Relief" button) , steam will start to pour out of the valve, this takes about 5 minutes. And after you have already opened the lid and done what you wanted, the crock-pot will pump back pressure for another 15 minutes and only then continue to cook the dish!
In other words, one opening of the lid during cooking increases the cooking time by 20 minutes !!!!
I had one case when I urgently needed to open the lid - I forgot to add spices. When I pressed the pressure relief button, we woke up the whole house, in the literal sense of the word!
We then just moved into a new apartment and have not yet got a kitchen set, so the multicooker worked on a chair, near a power outlet and on a fire detector. As soon as we activated the "pressure relief" from the multicooker, such a fountain was fired from steam that the sensor worked ... at 2 a.m. (yes, I am a night owl, owl, etc.): such a siren screamed, which is still terrible then remember))))
5 minutes before the end of cooking, steam begins to flow from the pressure valve - the pressure is released, but this is much quieter than when the "forced pressure relief" was started.

To prepare any dish you need a kitchen scale , since the weight of the products in the Recipe Book is accurate to 5 grams! In the beginning, I strictly adhered to the recommendations, but now I improvise more, add a little more something, something a little less!

To prepare this hodgepodge, you will need the following ingredients:
No meat, only three types of sausage : boiled, smoked and ham , each 150 grams .
Cut into thin strips.
150 g of onion also needs to be cut into strips, but it does not look comme il faut later on, so I chopped pieces of medium size
Add vegetable oil to the bowl .
Set the "Frying" mode with the lid open and the time 15 minutes.
Fry ham and sausage for 10 minutes.
